Entry details 2009
Here at The Eccentric City we are proudly offering a monthly rolling programme called the £1 Arts Commission (this is not a joke - we are serious about this!). Yes, we want to encourage the delights of eccentric behaviour, believing that huge amounts of money contravenes the work of the imagination.
The Eccentric City will give one £1 commission per month to the person or group with an idea it wishes to help make happen!

Selection.
The Eccentric City co-creators will choose from the entries and make the final selection. This being Harry Palmer and Professor Si Walker will make the decisions. Their decision is final.
If you miss the deadline, we will roll over your proposal to the following next month for reconsideration.
Our decision is final with no rhyme or reason to explain.
What we offer.
The Eccentric City will announce its £1 commission each month. In return we will encourage you by offering you the opportunity to have your commission published in the next issue of The Eccentric City newspaper (however, this is not a guarantee. We will certainly include you in the honorary list of awardees nonetheless). The monthly awardee will be sent a copy of the latest newspaper together with their very own £1.
What we ask.
We ask that you send us some form of documentation when you have completed the eccentric activity undertaken please.
